What can I expect?

Most of our Small-Group training sessions include:

  • MovNat training; to learn how to move gracefully and naturally
  • a strength training component
  • a brief and intense metabolic-conditioning workout

StrengthBox training is fully scalable and suitable for most fitness levels (including beginners). Most clients train with us up to 5X per week in our Small-Group Training Classes. SIGN UP HERE.


Others begin with Personal Training, where they work one-on-one with their trainer to build familiarity with the movements and to build their fitness base gradually. Particularly if you have significant heath or orthopedic issues, this would be your best course of action. FIND AN APPOINTMENT.
