Small Group Training
Most of our workouts are conducted as semi-private training sessions or in small groups. With a small athlete-to-coach ratio, it's almost like having your own personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost! Best of all, StrengthBox training is fun, interactive, and our coaches are motivating and encouraging. No egos here; StrengthBox is built on community. After all, it's easier to work harder with five people cheering for you!
We do work hard. We're not afraid to move, to squat and to sweat. And we like to lift heavy stuff! However, all our programming is fully scalable for any fitness level. Whether you're an elite athlete or a sedentary individual in need of some beginning coaching, we can help.
All clients receive an initial fitness assessment as well as regular progress checks. While the main goal of StrengthBox is to promote General Physical Preparedness (GPP), individual goal-setting and personalized programs are supported and encouraged.
