2-Month Introductory Program
New to StrengthBox? Consider the StrengthBox 2-Month Intro Program.
It's a ONE-TIME $99 SPECIAL (less than $7 per class).
Unlike bootcamps, this program is run as a course where you will learn all about strength training, bodyweight training, kettlebells and natural movement. Over the course of 8 weeks, we'll ramp you up gradually and prepare you for our regular small-group training sessions. No previous experience is required.
Registration for the next program is now open. Spots are first-come, first served. We strongly recommend you register quickly, as this program typically sells out well before the start date.
