StrengthBox training is fully scalable and suitable for most fitness levels (including beginners). Most clients train with us up to 5x/week in our

Others begin with Personal Training, where they work one-on-one with their trainer to build familiarity with the movements and to build their fitness base gradually. Particularly if you have significant heath or orthopedic issues, this would be your best course of action. FIND AN APPOINTMENT.


If you're a raw beginner or feel you may need a little extra coaching, consider the StrengthBox Intro Program. You'll learn all about the concept of primal fitness, get a handle on diet, and be prepared for more intense training when you finish. The Intro Program is offered at a special price and space is limited.
